Just random ramblings

Frankly speaking, it's been ages since i last blogged, that I have not a clue what am I going to write in this post.

I guess probably just some of my random ramblings and thoughts.

The past few months have been harsh but yet beautiful. Ironic but true.
Days passed by so fast.. and yet so slow. Then again, ironic.

I guess that's what happens when you have the crappy things that happen in life mingling with all the most beautiful moments.

I've been trying to find the key to life. To live life to the fullest, a way where I can find a remedy to everything, and where I can be a better person. However, the truth is, there is not one single key, which can open the door to all.

The only way is to fall, to listen, to see and to love. I think that's they 'key' for me.

To fall and to fail, is only so that you can get back up again, to learn from failures. To listen is to hear what others can advise you, especially the wise ones. To see, is so see how you can improve, as self improvement is a constant battle. Seeing is also to see what you can do for others.

Love, I believe to be the most powerful of all, is the one that brings the best out of you.

The much missed~

It was good to spend time with wendy the other night. It's been awhile since we last chat nonsensical stuff and ate supper together followed by regret~ and then comes the, 'Must diet d lar.' 'Must exercise more.' 'I wana be vegetarian'.

Miss those moments. I have to say I've neglected my Taiping friends this year and I hope to make up for it this December :)

The next thing I wana do, Christmas shopping! Wendy and Josephine is booked by me already. Terpaksa teman me. Hehe.

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow!

I really can't wait for tomorrow, I can almost smell freedom. Biology paper 4, a rather demanding paper, is my last paper tomorrow! By merely smelling freedom, I have already planned what I MUST do after tomorrow.

1. Watch HEROES. It's been released ages ago but I haven't watched 1 episode of it. I heard it's really great and I'm going to find out for myself.
2. Shopahilic and Baby! Yes, I'm SO a fan of Sophie Kinsella. Whenever I read her booked, I just get hooked and end up staying up late just to continue reading till I'm finally satisfies(which is of course when I finish it >.< ).
3. My English tutor told me last year that Jodi Picoult is an amazing book writer.
I like the synopsis of Keeping Faith and Nineteen Minutes.

4. BOSTON LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!WOOOOOOOHHHOOOOO! My favourite favourite favourite!
I so love Denny Crane, Alan Shore and Shirley Schmidt. I just love this series so much. It's perhaps the best I've came across so far. I just love the sarcasm involved in their every actions and speech. Can't wait to watch season 4!!!
5. Gossip Girl. MUST WATCH. I've watched a few series and I'm so totally hooked. Moral of the story, (Never watch any TV series before or in the midst of your exams) It's highly addictive and you just want to watch the next one, then the next, and then the next and the next. It never ends cause you want to know what happens next. LOL.

Anyway, I have to go before I really get the urge to do those stuff before my exams, so, toodles for now.

I regret!

I really really really REALLY regret taking A-Levels. Here's why..

1. I'm not academically inclined kay. I can study. Simple stuff. Throw stuff like in depth Chemistry,
and I'll just smile at you.
2. I'm lazy. Explains it all huh.
3. I'm quite kine static, I guess? I rather spend my hours doing something instead of studying something.
4. A-Levels, Science stream in one year. Insane enuff for you??

I guess it's too late to regret now. I'm finishing my final semester in like a month and it's exam fever babe!

BUT the big question is, where should I head to next? It's tie for Uni applications and trust me, I'm still as lost at what I want to do as I was a year ago . Lets just pray and cross my fingers (and toes!) that I do not make the same mistake and I'll love whatever I'm studying next yr :)

Shayne Ward is awesome. I mean like he's handsome
for one thing but
most importantly,
I really love the songs he sing.
Call me outdated or whatever but Breathless is just perfect.
I only blog about it now because after listening to it
countless times, I still think it deserves to be one of the
sweetest song a guy can ever dedicate to his lover.
If only a guy dedicates the song and  mean every word
in the song..
*exhales. So romantic.
In the song, it's basically just expressing how much
he loves his girl and
that he wishes to marry her andbe with her forever.

It's just great that he acknowledges his girl friend's
goodness and appreciates her.

I haven't talked about the beat of this song yet.
It's like you're in a dream
where you're near the shore,
on a boat or something like that.
You can just imagine being on a yacht,
in your lovers arms and this song just plays softly
as the background where only the both of you can hear it..
Isolated by love, despite being surrounded by a hundred
people..

On top of that, Shayne Ward has two more
wonderful songs like
Until You and If that's Ok With you..
Until you is beautifully written too!
*It feels like nobody ever loved me until you loved me*

I mean seriously, guys singing love songs with lyrics as
meaningful as this.Shayne Ward is almost history..
Most of the guys nowadays sing songs with obscene lyrics and
a catchy beat always talking bout
sex, clubs, and other immoralities.
I'm not saying all singers
or I'm not saying the other are bad. Just that
I realized many songs are full of vulgarities and etc.
Aiks~..
What happen to love? And peaceful songs?

In conclusion, it's worthwhile to be a fan of Shayne Ward.

Everyone is supposed to have a purpose in life. A calling, I've been searching and seeking, seems like I can't find out who do I want to be..

I'm studying A Levels now and I'm still completely lost. Medicine, Journalism, Law, Business, Masscom??!?! Which one?

I can't believe it's been half a year already and I have to put in my Uni applications soon.. And I'm still clueless of what I want to do and who do I want to be ~ Heaven helP!

I want to be a doctor, cause I'm *ehem, altruistic by nature.. *coughs again..
Haha, well I do want to help people .. But.. I'm not sure if I will enjoy doing it for a living..
6 years of studying .. and many many years of hard work. To be honest, I still don't dare to look at a dead body~ yikes..

Journalism.. Hmm, I really wish I can be a writer for a fashion magazine or something. It'll be fun you know, trying out new things and experiencing it yourself and then testifying about it for everyone else~... cool right? Like, how to look fab in all shapes and sizes.. haha.. I could ask ideas from professionals or read up a lot about it myself.. It'll be cool. But, will I be able to keep this exciting and demanding job even when i'm 40 going on 50?

Law.. Blame it on Boston Legal. ish..

Business.. I kinda like it , i guess? I'm fine with it..~ Just.. worried I might not fit in perfectly..

Mass comm? Heard it's fun.. hehe..

I seriously have no idea which path belongs to me.. Or rather which path suits me best..Or which path will I enjoy it's journey the most..

Any advise people???

Beauty. God's creation.

It's moments like these, that takes my breath away ~

How splendid are Gods creations! Just look at His work and you will be amazed. He's awesome. He is indeed a God of beauty and love.

No ones handicraft can compare to His amazing creations.

He made His world with beauty and love. How about you? I'm sure He too made you, each and everyone of you, with love and beauty. Everyone is special. No one is entirely superior over another. I mean of cause there is heirachy in your work place of school, but those are just wordly things, for God considers us all equal. Regardless of how much money we have, or how smart we are.

Besides that, God made all of us with two eyes, two ears, a mouth, a nose, a body and limbs. Don't you think we're all the same? We all have a soul. There is life in everyone of us. We're different, yet in a certain way, we are alike.

God is a God of grace and mercy, for He forgives our sins and embrace us when we're facing difficulties. Who is more sincere than He is? No one. That I can gurantee :)

Trust in God, for He is with you. All the time.

Yup, I love babies :)

Babies are beautiful . Yes, they are. A baby is selfish, naughty and sometimes smelly. Still, I love them for being all those. They are born to be selfish but their parents teach them, they're naughty, their parents punish them.
They are so adorable, everytime I see a little baby, I feel like doing nothing else but going straight to him/her and giver him/her a nice cuddly hug. Unfortunately, I can't do that to every simgle baby I see.

There's my baby sister. She's already 5 but she'll always be my baby sister. No matter how old she is. She's cheeky, cute. smart, beautiful, adorable and like I said just now.. Selfish and a little smelly at times. She's so adorable that she can make my brother and I do stupid things just to see her smile and her rosy cheeks turn rosier. *smiles* Whenever she wants something, she'll give me the doggy doggy eyes and say ' Jie, can I please have it? ' Then i'll usually say ' Yes. ' Then she smiles.
On occasions when I say no, this is what happens. She'll say 'Jie, please.. can I have it? I REALLT REALLY want it '. Then I give her whatever she wants. Hehe. Nola. I mean depends on what she asks for =) I love her so muchie..

Then there the drop-dead-handsome baby Brian. He's one of the most adorable babies ever lived. He's witty, cute and chubby. Ps: He's greedy as well. He can really eat alot. I clearly remembered him stuffing Honey Stars into his mouth and it's like he has special saliva that he's is capable of swallowing without chewing. HAHA.


Babies are cute.


The moment I see a baby, I remember God's ever lasting love. He looks after us like we are babies. His constant care and love makes us grow and mature. He is strict when we do what we shouldn't. That's why, we are called his children and I'm proud to belong to Him.


Another thought.. Some people are plain cruel! Baby Ying Ying was burnt. She would have turned 3 few days ago. Im sorry this have to happen to her. Poor child. May God bless her.
Then there's Nurin. *exhales loudly* What is this world turning to? Please pray for the safety of the people around you and if you have siblings or children, make sure you keep an eye on them all the time.
